Revert to wiki if popup is blank

In some cases I edit a popup and 'remove' it by blanking it out as I don't have the option to delete the page entirely. If the popup is completely blank, please revert back to the default 'use the wiki article' instead for these.

Please make sure this also applies even if the page exists but is blank publicly because the only thing there is a comment:

It looks like you could add {{Delete|Enter a reason here}} to mark the page as requiring deletion - it will then appear in https://www.zeldadungeon.net/wiki/Category:Articles_to_Delete . That will then depend on an admin getting round to deleting the page, which isn't ideal.

It also shows 'flagged for deletion' in the popup on the map that way which could confuse people into thinking the pin itself is what's going to get deleted
