Auto deploy process models

In order to keep the process models up to date on testbench we should auto deploy the models from the worker.

Right now this is a manual process, where we need to get direct access to the namespace (zbchaos doesn't support credentials) it always port-forwards based on the k8 context.

 $ zbchaos deploy chaos
