ostruct.rb was loaded from the standard library, but will no longer be part of the default gems starting from Ruby 3.5.0.
You can add ostruct to your Gemfile or gemspec to silence this warning.

This has been fixed in #853 , but a new version of the gem hasn't been released yet.
In the meanwhile, you can upgrade to Ruby 3.3.6 which removes this warning.
Alternatively, you can wait for the next release or update your Gemfile to point to the master branch
