Render issue with Router

What do you mean by "dev tools sourcing"? Repro steps and code would be appreciated here.

nothing was displaying for users without the extension if line 12 was used instead of 13.
We were using react-router-dom too - not sure if a known issue exists with it already.

Store configuration is ok, and there's no middleware interfering with React Router. If you can make an example on CodeSandbox or JSFiddle or a repository I can check and reproduce, I'd look into it.
