HA-Entities created in NodeRed are not removed in HA after the entity is deleted in NodeRed.

Describe the bug

I created a sensor using the Entity node. I had multiple NodeRed browsers open and accidentally deleted the node when I deployed the changed during a merge. According to this closed issue:[( https://github.com//issues/217)], a HA Restart should fix my issue. I tried multiple HA and NodeRed restarts with no success. The only errors in my log pertain to a completely different sensor that I need to replace.

To Reproduce

The other entities that I delete in NodeRed are normally removed from HA once deleted in NodeRed. I don't know how to duplicate the behavior to make this issue happen again.

Expected behavior

Once you delete the node in NodeRed, the entity deletes in HA.
