Flow rate unit Device Class is missing

Hello,

I need to create a Home Assistant sensor which reports data in flow rate units, which were introduced to HA in January 2024.

home-assistant/core#106077

So far this device class seems to be missing in NR custom component, I think there is a placeholder device class but I am not sure:

Hopefully this should be a simple fix.
