问题描述

目前使用上想要备份直播弹幕屏蔽词只能用整体的备份导入来实现，而视频弹幕屏蔽词是能够跟随账号云同步的不需要单独备份，唯独直播弹幕屏蔽词不能单独设置备份，所以希望能单独新增一个备份方案
