Can eglot be used for other languages when eglot-java used?

Note: eglot-java dynamically modifies the eglot-server-programs variable, you can change that behavior with the variable eglot-java-eglot-server-programs-manual-updates

my project includes java and Javascript, so I want to use both language servers, I customized eglot-java-user-init-opts-fn to add some initial options to jdtls. But I also want customize eglot-server-programs for Javascript development. Is it possible?
