Support of reporting the average duration #4

It would be useful if the library provides the functionality to report the average duration for multiple runs of a function. For example,

static timer::AverageTimer timer(100);

void PerformSomeProcedure()
{
    timer.start();

    // Perform some procedure

    timer.stop();
}

Then, it displays the average duration over 100 runs of this function every 100 runs of this function.
