MacOS 10.14.6 just happened that unable to download any YouTube sources.

The problem is fixed in the same way for all supported OS. MacOS is a sort of Unix as far as yt-dl is concerned. If you don't have a Python installation, you must be running a self-extracting executable archive that will need to be patched; or install Python. Or install yt-dlp. See #31535, linked from the master issue.
