First of all thanks for creating this module, it seems to be the only viable option when trying to populate subuids for IDM/IPA users that are coming from a Active Directory trust.

Are there prebuilt packages (rpm) available somewhere?

Not at the moment. I guess they can be created with GitHub actions but I don't have anywhere public to store them...

I think you could store them as packages in the repo or if you publish a release you could attach it there.

This action seems to offer both options: https://github.com/marketplace/actions/rpm-build

Integrates easily with GitHub actions to allow RPMS to be uploaded as Artifact (actions/upload-artifact) or as Release Asset (actions/upload-release-asset).
