Kibana does not support ( _ ) to prefix a field, doc elastic2-doc-manager should provide a way to handle formatting of fields and values.

I am using elastic2-doc-manager, and this works great for keeping elasticsearch up to date, but I have a problem with one of the fields because it contains an '_'.

Kibana does not support underscores at the start of a field.

Kibana Error:

If elastic2-doc-manger provided a way for you to use Ingest Nodes I feel this would solve this issue.

I have found some github references to this issue with kibana, but have found no work arounds.

• Closed Issue: fields starting with underscore ( _ ) doesn't show
• Never merged Pull request: Lift restriction of not allowing '_'-prefixed fields.
• Open Issue: Allow fields prefixed with _ (originally #4291)
