Write file popup during AYON panel opening

Description

Current Behavior

AYON menu si blocked by some invisible process and user needs always confirm if Write or not write some magic file.

Expected Behavior

AYON menu should be opened without any distructions.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open TVP
2. go to menu Windows/plugins/OpenPype
3. Write file? popup will show and AYON panel is not yet properly opened

What platform were you running when you found the bug?

Windows

That is needed to be able to store output from websockets communication into the file. Only way how would be possible to avoid it is to not not use current approach to work with Geroge, which is possible if we would rewrite the communication logic to not use george script files but one by one query requests.

Which changes this issue from bug > enhancement.
