Allow for configured the order of the printed sections

Noticed when printing a PDF of a GLPI problem that the Analysis appears at the bottom of the print, and the follow-ups and tasks are in reverse chronological order. Suggest plugin option to chose the chronological order. Also suggest an option to have Analysis block print first on problems and changes, and on changes also allow the Plans block to be printed first.
