#38 从这一刻开始，从下一刻放弃

昨天跑了24km，操场上跑了60圈。
今天去了动物园
总是在不知不觉间的，坚持和放弃都是
这么多年，无论哪件事情，我做到了不去欺骗自己的坚持，今天都会不同吧
重新跑起来快半年了
半个月后要去北京跑马拉松
新工作就这样开始了
真的，放弃一件事儿太容易了，昨天没锻炼，没坚持github
还有很多想法，一点一点开始。一点一点的坚持吧
有些事真的没必要生气
