🎯   What is the problem that needs to be solved?

Currently nominators page displays all the nominators in one go and hence takes very long to load.
Also, half of the screen is consumed by the top 3 nominator cards, do need to rethink design and also provide the user the context of how much is he getting w.r.t the other nominators
