Is there an option for saying "every work day" (i.e. from monday to friday) ? I looked for it but I couldn't find any

I’m sorry, I don’t think there is, but it’s certainly possible. I’ll take a look through the parsing code again (it’s been a while) and see what I find.

Thanks! If you can point out were the changes should be done I'd love to collaborate creating this feature.

I've already seen your call for more tests, I'll try to help with that too. This gem is great and I'd love to help it grow.
