Enhancement for Deferred Allocation - add capabilities filter #465

It would be nice, if YAWL could filter for capabilities at runtime. Here is a 
use case: If one decides, that the project must be done with Java, a programmer 
role with capability "Java" should be selected. If the decision was made to C#, 
then a programmer role with capability "csharp" should be choosen.

I don't see this feature in YAWL. Only a userid and/or a role can be deferred 
allocated. Described in YAWL-Handbook page 100.
