What's the problem this PR addresses?

Updates the extensions list to include

• fix: add undeclared optional peer dependencies tj/consolidate.js#339
• fix: add undeclared peer dependency webpack and @vue/compiler-sfc vuejs/vue-loader#1853
• fix: add undeclared dependency lodash salesforce-ux/scss-parser#43
• fix: add undeclared dependency lodash salesforce-ux/query-ast#25
• Add peer dependency on redux 4.0 reduxjs/redux-thunk#251

Closes #3150

No, but you're welcome to open a PR that limits the range that this PR uses and add a new entry for versions < 15.11.1.

Are you sure vue-loader@16 doesn't support @vue/compiler-sfc@^2.7.0?
