Describe the bug

at SimpleURLLoaderWrapper. (node:electron/js2c/browser_init:2:49935)
at SimpleURLLoaderWrapper.emit (node:events:513:28)

Steps to reproduce

start cleversearch ai exe and vault starts scanning. but this appears in console

If this error log stops after appearing a few times instead of continuously appearing, then that is normal behavior. This is because Clever Search will keep trying to connect to the AI helper after enabling the semantic search settings. This error log will keep appearing until a connection to the AI helper is established.
