Attempts to do all that you need to receive payments using Paystack on one page.
Enter your public_key in the script in index.html. If you do not, the page will prompt
you for the key when loading. If you still do not, the form will (magically?) disappear.
To receive payments, you can send visitors to the page index.html?amountinkobo=80000
to collect a fixed amount (800) or just index.html so they provide the amount they want to pay.
