Replace the madrl_environments/pursuit directory with the one in this repo.

but i don't find that directory in madrl_environments

when run ocurred this problem
Max retries exceeded with url: /env/main (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPConnection object at 0x7f6dbbb70198>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 111] Connection refused',))
