When editing an event that is initially scheduled as Always, and you switch to a custom schedule, the Use Relative Time field is not visible. This differs from the behaviour observed when adding a new event with custom scheduling, where the field is available.
Steps to Reproduce:
Create an event scheduled for Always
Attempt to edit the event and change the schedule Dayparting field to Custom
Observe that the Use Relative Time field is missing in the edit mode.
