Schedule Criteria: Wrong delete button and delete flow

When adding a new event, the Criteria tab will show all the items with + button, but the top one deletes the last item.
We need it to work in the same way as Reminder tab, where the + button is only on the top item, and we can delete individual items with the - on front of them.
