Admin grids should have timestamp cols in both local + server time #3475

Having timestamp cols in server time would be very useful for correlating time-wise between logs (which are always showing server-time timestamps) and admin monitoring grids including:

  • Client activity
  • Client errors
  • Memory monitor
  • DB connection monitor

Let's hold off on this until after we've merged the big multi-instance change in #3473 - that has shuffled around many admin grids and would be painful to merge.
