Is this project being maintained ?

Hi
I use this library actively in my organization.
It has been very helpful.
However like with all open source projects it would be good to know if this project is actively being maintained.
I see multiple issues but none of them have any responses from the author. I also see the last commit in master branch from Oct 2020 at the time of writing this issue.
The only reason I ask is so that

1. I can use it with confidence
2. I can contribute to this repo actively going forward knowing that my PR's and issues will get responses.

Same here. We find the lib very helpful and we would gladly help maintaining it 🤖
