Make satellite-lai-fapar available via xcube-cds

How difficult / how much time would it cost to integrate satellite-lai-fapar into the xcube cds store?

In principle, just from looking at the available parameters and variables, I'd guesstimate 1–2 days of effort. However, this dataset currently appears to be broken on CDS (tar.gz download gives an error, zip download gives an empty file), so I can't obtain a NetCDF for a more informed estimate. (And of course we can't implement it anyway until it's fixed on CDS.)
