Merging exceptional links for login

currently, we are controlling the login required pages through hard coded links in the front end. we want it to be merged with platform page where excluded links are there.

1. We should be able to make post request from platform page to add it to the list
2. We should be able to make get request in the front page where we hard coded it and merge it in the same page
