Many websites disable zoom and gestures, like Double Tap, Pinch Zoom and Zoom All,mmaking difficult to read small characters or looking at details of the images.
Some use just the meta attributes of html to disable zoom:

Other, like those based on Notion, use a custom Javascript to intercept touch events:

Those limitation should be removed, to let people read the content as they wish.
