oauth gem requirement?

I had trouble getting this up and running in a new Rails instance with omniauth 1.6.1 –– had to add the oauth gem to satisfy the import of request proxy => rack request.

Thinking a possible solution would be to add oauth as a dependency to this gem, or a note in the readme. I would be happy to do a pull request if that makes sense to you.
