  • need to update and refactor some bits and pieces of the existing work for an upcoming mk-ii release.

  • features to focus upon would be:

    • updated and more minimalistic look
    • theme should be more light-weight but support all the core functionality without any compromise
    • native support for jupyterhub integrations
    • more smoother animations
    • proper naming schemes
    • updated docstrings and module notes
    • progressive updates on the existing/pending tasks like [Feature] Need to add contributor modal instead of mailto #11
    • need to come up with theme native UI elements like user-profile icon, etc
    • intuitive support for parsing conf.py

  • need to investigate if it would be possible for drawing sections with different background, although this is not a core and primary requirement but would be a nice to-have feature.
