Hombridge crashes

I installed this plugin manually and got it to work for a little while, but it isn't too long until homebridge crashes, not sure where the problem is but the one thing I notices is that the status of the hdmi devices won't update at all and when installed the status of other devices will fail to update unless I perform an action on them.
