The current source of LA deaths data is weekly. Because the model is daily I have randomly assigned deaths to each data of the week they occured in. This doesn't feel right and results in slightly different numbers each time.

It would be nice to get daily deaths data but may not be provided. Possibly deaths should be assigned to days once rather than reassigning in every run of the model to minimise varaince between runs.
