It's expected that developers log all changes to this directory, in this CHANGELOG.md file.
The format is based on Keep a Changelog, and Semantic Versioning.
Dec-30 - Got a lot working. UID is generated per each Admnistrative division in Google Sheets. Each tab is a country. The bash script fetches and builds it into json files. The index.html is the interface to that data. Still need hyperlinks
