What should it do?

Let's update logger package to:

  • Properly initialize log
  • Add Debug and Error levels implementation in this package
  • Add forwarding to stderr on request
  • Maybe: ?switch to slog package?

In this issue, I would like to discuss Maintainers and Comunity opinion, and maybe implement it based on that
