Feature Request: Serve cached HTML from CDN #501

If possible, it would be cool if ZenCache could somehow be configured to serve the cached page HTML from a CDN. I'm not entirely sure how this would work, as it seems that it would require page URLs to be pointing at the CDN hostname (which would be bad for all kinds of reasons, not the least of which would be SEO).

In any case, I'm filing this Feature Request so that we have a place to discuss this idea whenever it comes up.

Related to #47 and #309.

+1 for this feature - require it for amazon aws and multiple instances
