Create a setting option for front page

We are using both Ninja Forms and Ninja Demo where we have a custom Ninja Form that creates a demo from a user email. However, the option within Ninja Forms to Prevent this form from being added to sandboxes does not seem to be working as the shortcode still displays on the front page of the sandbox.

It would be neat to have an option within Ninja Demo's settings page.

Perhaps we can just do something on our end, but was just a thought.
