Apply clear performance hints to preloaded fonts / preconnect domain #197

In 3.19, we will have preload fonts which shall follow the same clear mechanism as for priority elements, we can either refactor the current suite Clear lcp/performance hints data tests #126 to check all things that will be cleared or create a similar suit for preload fonts.
The same shall apply to preconnect domain
