metaMS.runGC error #31

While trying GCMS module metaMS.runGC on VM I have the following error

all default parameter with https://github.com/workflow4metabolomics/metaMS/blob/master/galaxy/metaMS/test-data/W4M_GCMS_Dataset.zip

Fatal error: Exit code 127 ()
/home/vagrant/galaxy/config/job_working_directory/000/16/tool_script.sh: line 57: Rscript: command not found

@pkrog I have tested Univariate that use Rscript and it is OK

I have tried to go to that path on my VM, but file not found. Were can i find that too_script.sh file?
