Image upload fails, but doesnt really.

Expected behavior

When using the application, i would make a post that includes an image, press publish and it would upload the media and then publish the post.

Actual behavior

When i add the image, it starts to upload but after a while it fails. I am asked if i want to retry, pressing yes will start another upload and it will fail once more.
But if i go to the media library, i can see the image i tried to upload with an overlay saying "upload failed". The issue is that there are now duplicates of the image, that somehow managed to be uploaded, for each time i pressed "retry"

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. try to publish a post containing an image.
2. It fails.
3. Press retry
4. Check media library.

Tested on [device], Android [version], WPAndroid [version]

Oneplus Nord, Android 11, WPAndroid 19.01

Thanks for reporting! Looks like this may be related to #13427, which also relates to duplicate images.
