When I was testing the 4111 1111 1111 1111 card I noticed the SCA/Visa verification form was popping up underneath the checkout blockUI/spinner element. This caused the form to be unclickable.

I wasn't sure if the 4111 card is supposed to trigger the SCA form/flow but I wanted to report this regardless.
