Ensure a Bacs account can be saved at checkout.
Ensure a simple product can be fully processed with Bacs using a Bacs saved account.
Ensure the saved bank account can be managed in my-account. (Add, Delete, Make Default)
Add unit tests.

It looks like the payment method is being saved; we’re just not displaying it yet. We need to fix that.
