In the Checkout and Cart blocks we need to display the Shipping Cost:

This need to be fetched from the API endpoints and updated dynamically based on the default address (cart) or the address entered in the form (checkout).

This issue is blocked by #1779 . Even though as a temporary fix we could directly display the price of the selected shipping rate provided by /wc/store/cart/shipping-rates, I think it's more correct to rely on the totals provided by /wc/store/cart.
