This PR is a work in progress.
It implements the methods necessary to fetch the marketing campaigns from Pinterest API and display them on the multichannel marketing dashboard of WooCommerce.
This work is blocked because Pinterest does not allow access to their campaigns API with our current OAuth scopes. We have requested them to update our authentication scopes to grant us access to the API and are waiting for their update.
