Drop dependency of rn-fetch-blob

Hi,

Would it be possible to support Expo ? The only thing I can see that isn't compatible is 'rn-fetch-blob'.
Maybe we could conditionally use the Expo FS libs if itsn't a managed project?

I suggest you re-open this issue as rn-fetch-blob is now unmaintained since Sep 15. See joltup/rn-fetch-blob#666
