The proposed name should be "Ocean surface wind stress"

I did a quick google scholar search. "Wind Stress" yield about a factor 2.5 more results than "ocean surface wind stress" or nearly factor 2 more results than "sea surface wind stress". Just something to consider from a literature search point of view.
