Add a --quiet option

I was wondering if it would be possible to add a 'quiet' option that is less silent than the current one.
That is, one that does not show

Like pip install, we may introduce --progress-bar option

  --progress-bar <progress_bar>
                              Specify whether the progress bar should be used
                              [on, off] (default: on)
