Can I use both this plugin and the Astro VS Code extension simultaneously?

Is I understand correctly,

• on one hand this plugin allows formatting of .astro files AND features like the toolbar panel showing Prettier's status,
• and on the other hand the Astro VS Code extension allows formatting AND other things (see "Features").

Is that right?

So if I want the toolbar panel showing Prettier's status and ALL the features (formatting, IntelliSense, Code actions, etc.) should I install both?
Or I can install only this plugin?
