bbox in generate_scene_from_radius func

Hi Paolo,

Here the way that bbox is passed to gdp seems to be wrong. So instead of
bbox = [lon1, lat1, lon2, lat2] as a list, it should be bbox = (lon1, lat1, lon2, lat2) as a tuple.
