Error in FstDataFrame$FSTNoCorr : $ operator is invalid for atomic vectors

Every time I try to run OutFLANK, I get the error from the subject line:
Error in FstDataFrame$FSTNoCorr : $ operator is invalid for atomic vectors

I prepared my input package based on two different 'Convert VCF to OutFLANK format' methods, one that was in the OutFLANK vignette, and one that was listed in this github.

Both conversion methods resulted in input packages which provoked the same error.

My R script and vcf file are available for download from my dropbox from the embedded links.
